How do I choose the right battery?
Check Settings → General → About → Model Name on your iPhone, then choose that exact model in our finder. Battery capacities and compatibility are listed on each product page. If you’re unsure, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery in Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on Delivery, card payments and bank transfer are available. Orders with incomplete or inaccessible addresses may require advance payment. See our payment and delivery policies for details.
What are the delivery charges and times?
Delivery is Rs. 250, with free shipping on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more. Orders are confirmed by WhatsApp or phone. Dispatch typically takes 24–48 hours, excluding non-working days, followed by 2–5 working days for delivery.
Can I return a product?
Eligible unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days, subject to the return policy. Installed or used batteries are subject to the applicable warranty conditions. Check the product’s warranty before ordering.
Is installation included?
Please check the individual product details and confirm installation arrangements with us before ordering. A battery replacement requires opening the phone; ask about installation and possible system messages for your model.
