Domestic Delivery Policy

  • Standard charges of Rs. 250 will be applied for delivery anywhere in Pakistan.
  • Orders of Rs. 3,000 or above are subjected to free delivery.
  • Order confirmation is made via WhatsApp text or call on your registered phone number.
  • After confirmation order(s) are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding non working day(s).
  • Delivery time is maximum of 5-7 working days after day of dispatch. Normally, parcels gets delivered within 2-3 working days.
  • Customers with incomplete, restricted or inaccessible  addresses are required to make full advance payment before order is dispatched.
  • Never accept delivery if your parcel is in damaged/tampered condition in case you do Portship.pk will not be liable.

7 Days Return-Refund Policy

We offer a 7 Days return and refund policy on all products (otherwise mentioned). Our 7 day return-refund policy begins from date of delivery, change of mind is also applicable on all items (apart from Clearance Stock), terms and conditions will apply (see below).

Terms and Conditions:
Products being returned by customers for refund/return/replacement should match the following criteria:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in an unused condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packing along with all the accessories and manuals that came with it (missing/damaged/used accessories will be considered an ineligible claim for 7 days return policy).
  • Any kind of plastic seals/stickers on the product should be undamaged/untampered and should be intact.
  • Any part of the claimed product should be free from all types of damages, tampering, twists, bents, scratches and so on, and can and will be considered an illegible claim.
  • The product should be returned in an undamaged and fresh condition.
  • Any signs of damage/tampering will not be considered as a valid claim.
  • Product’s retail box should be in a undamaged and proper condition.
  • Shipping charges incurred will be borne by the customer.

Limited Replacement Warranty Policy

Portship.pk warranties all products (otherwise mentioned) to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a mentioned period of time or the product life itself whichever reaches first, starting from the date of delivery, provided that the product is used in a home environment. This limited warranty does not cover products that does not follow our Terms and conditions (see below).

Terms and Conditions:

  • The product must be returned within the mention time period of the warranty which commences from day of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original packing,
  • Any part of the claimed product should be free from all types of damages, tampering, twisted and/or bents, scratches and so on, as it won’t be considered as a valid claim.
  • The product should be returned in an undamaged and untampered condition.
  • Products that are damaged/burnt due to voltage fluctuation and/or short-circuit will not be considered as a valid claim
  • Any signs of damage/tampering can and will instantly void the warranty.
  • Product’s retail box should be in a decent condition.
  • Shipping charges occurred will be borne by the customer.
  • Faulty product claims are limited to two units, under a single invoice.

Pick-up Policy

  • As of now pick-ups can be made from “Pick-up & Drop-off Location” in Karachi only.
  • During checkout, select the option for ‘Warehouse Pick-up (Karachi only)’ under shipping options.
  • Available payment method for pick-ups is ‘Online Payment’ only.
  • Pick-up orders must be made before 1:00 PM (on working days) to enable same-day pick-up.
  • Parcels can be picked-up  between 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Saturday), after successful payment.
  • Ensure a minimum two-hour gap between placing an order and scheduling its pickup.
  • For urgent or after-hours pickups, consult the support team on WhatsApp first, before placing your order.
  • For best experience  mention your preferred pick-up time in the “Notes” section during checkout.
  • Once you visit the warehouse location, approach the security personnel  with your order number or your name.
  • Your ordered items will be in a sealed courier bag with your order number and name on it.
  • Never accept a parcel that is in damaged/tampered condition in case you do Portship.pk will not be liable (also refer to FAQ #4, at the page end).
  • If you face any issues or have any doubts before, during or post pick-up, contact Support Team on WhatsApp.

*Please Note: This location is designated exclusively for pickups & drop-offs only. The security personnel on-site are unable to provide assistance or guidance in any matter. If you have any concerns or any doubts about the parcel or its contents, it is advisable to unpack it in front of a camera for evidential purposes. Please note that any inappropriate behavior will be addressed with the necessary measures. Portship.pk reserves the right to cancel your order at any time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Return Guidelines

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your item, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Verify Your Return Eligibility

    • Before initiating a return, please refer to the warranty and/or refund policy (mentioned above). This will help you confirm that your return or claim is valid based on the purpose (e.g., replacement warranty).  
  2. Parcel Packaging

    • Ensure the parcel is securely sealed to avoid any damage or tampering during transit. 
  3. Order Number

    • Clearly mention your Order Number on the outside of the return parcel. This will help us identify and process your return efficiently.

    • Ensure the parcel is securely sealed to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
  5. Return Method

    • You can return your parcel by:
      • Dropping it off at our designated drop-off location, or
      • Couriering it to us at the same drop-off address. Please ensure the courier has all the necessary details for a smooth delivery.

A. Accessing your account is simple and secure. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure you can log in successfully:

  1. Account Creation or Order Placement: When you create your account or place an order, a verification email is automatically sent to the email address you provided during the process. This is an important step to ensure the security of your account.

  2. Check Your Email: Go to your registered email inbox and look for the verification email from us. It should have the subject line “Account Verification”. Make sure to also check your spam or junk folders, as sometimes emails might get filtered there.

  3. Click the Verification Link: Open the verification email and click on the provided link. This will verify your email address and activate your account.

  4. Access Your Account: Once your email is verified, you can easily access your account by visiting our website and clicking on the “Log In” button. Enter your credentials (email and password) and you’ll be logged in.

A. Follow the simple steps below to obtain your tracking ID:

  1. Log in to your account using your credentials (make sure you have verified your email).
  2. Click on the “My Account” tab located as a small user icon at the top right corner of the webpage.
  3. Once in the “My Account” section, navigate to the “Orders” tab.
  4. Here, you will find a list of your recent orders. Locate the specific order you want to track and click on it.
  5. In the order details page, you will find the tracking ID along with a link to the courier company’s tracking page. Click on the link to track your order’s journey.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 working days after day of dispatch please contact us @ 0330091000 via call, WhatsApp and/or Fb messenger along with your tracking ID which you have received earlier on your provided phone number/Email address. In case you haven’t received the tracking ID  contact us with your registered number on WhatsApp for verification or contact us by your registered e-mail address  @ support@portship.pk 

*Deliveries are always prone to delays due to absence of proper infrastructure in some areas of Pakistan, even areas where all the facilities are available our customers have still faced delays due to a simple human error. Therefore, being aware of such situation our representatives are determined to solve your late delivery complains rapidly

A. If the parcel you are being presented is in damaged condition, please always refuse to accept. In case you have accepted but you are not sure about the content of the parcel and its condition, please record a parcel unboxing video as a proof and for your peace of mind. 

It is important that: (1) the condition of the parcel is clearly visible in the video from all sides (including shipping label and Parcel seal), (2) Shipment label should be clearly visible and readable, (3) Take out the actual product and unbox it further.  (5) To file a claim email us the video at claims@portship.pk or WhatsApp us and a representative will be in touch with you ASAP.
